SuperUmzug is a trading name of this sole proprietorship.

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes access data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This processing is technically necessary to deliver the page and to keep it secure and stable.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

Hosting: Vercel Inc. Delivery is via data centres inside the European Union.

When you request a callback we process your name, phone number, preferred callback time, the topic you selected, an optional message, and the page the request came from.

These data are used solely to handle your enquiry and are sent to us by email. They are not passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) together with your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) to send the email; the data are processed there for delivery.

In the volume calculator we process the photos or videos you upload and your answers on floor area, number of rooms, storey, lift, carrying distance, the postcodes of both addresses, your preferred date and the additional services you select.

Files are stored with Vercel Blob as private objects and are not publicly accessible. Access is only via time-limited signed links contained in the internal notification email.

Retention: 90 days from upload. The files are deleted after that.

The processing serves to produce a non-binding volume and price estimate. The legal basis is your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give before uploading and may withdraw at any time with future effect.

Please do not upload photos in which people are identifiable, or documents containing third parties' personal data.

Once the estimate has been displayed you may voluntarily leave your name, phone number, optionally an email address and a preferred date, in order to arrange a survey.

This is voluntary: the estimate is shown to you regardless. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

The chat assistant processes the messages you type in order to answer your question. Processing takes place via the API of Anthropic PBC.

The conversation is held in your browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the browser tab.

Please do not enter special categories of personal data or full address details in the chat — for specific enquiries please use the callback form.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering visitors' questions immediately).

We use Vercel Analytics to measure page views. It sets no cookies and builds no cross-device identifiers; the data collected are aggregated and do not allow conclusions about individuals.

For that reason this website uses no consent banner. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

This website stores your choice between gross and net prices in your browser's local storage, so the display is preserved on a later visit.

It is a purely technical setting with no personal reference. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Callback requests and estimate notifications are kept in our mailbox for as long as is necessary to handle them and to meet statutory retention obligations.

Files uploaded to the volume calculator are deleted after 90 days.

Server log files are deleted according to the hosting provider's retention periods.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).

You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until then.

An informal message to the email address above is enough to exercise your rights.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
