When are you available?
Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. Callback and chat requests arrive around the clock; they are answered during business hours.
Does the survey cost anything?
The fixed-price survey service costs 290 € and is credited when you place the order. A video survey of about twenty minutes is enough for most flats and leads to the same binding fixed price.
Will you give me a price on the phone?
A range yes, a fixed price no. On the phone, from floor area, storey and carrying distance, we can say quite precisely which band you will land in. It becomes binding after the survey — before that, any promise would be an estimate with a price tag on it.
Can I be advised in English?
Yes, and also in Slovak, Czech, Polish, Ukrainian and Croatian. Just say which language you would like when you request the callback. Contracts and quotes are issued in German, but we explain every line in your language.
How quickly do I get a quote?
After the survey, usually within one to two working days: in writing, with scope, crew, date and a fixed price. For express enquiries it is faster — say so if it is urgent.
